New connections, additional meters and capacity changes need clear responsibilities. We coordinate the customer-side installation and requirements with the relevant grid operator.
What we consider
- Identify the responsible grid operator
- Meter application and documentation
- Load requirements and metering concept
- Technical preparation and scheduling
Assess the installation. Define the work.
For an initial assessment, tell us the location, building type and intended work. Photos help if they can be taken without opening electrical covers. We then agree whether documents are sufficient or a site visit is needed.
Planned for your property. Clearly priced.
The scope depends on condition, demand and technical requirements. You receive a quote for the agreed work, including the planned installation, testing and documentation.
Separate requirements for Berlin and Brandenburg
Stromnetz Berlin’s TAB and published supplements apply in its area. E.DIS has its own explanatory and technical additions. Responsibility, documentation and commissioning procedures are clarified before installation.

Who is responsible in a grid connection project?
OE performs the agreed customer-side electrical work and clarifies documents and coordination. Public-grid work, meter installation and approvals are the responsibility of the grid or meter operator or its appointed partners. The project location determines the responsible operator.
