For an initial assessment, tell us the location, building type and intended work. Photos help if they can be taken without opening electrical covers. We then agree whether documents are sufficient or a site visit is needed.

The scope depends on condition, demand and technical requirements. You receive a quote for the agreed work, including the planned installation, testing and documentation.
Replace or upgrade?
A three-point meter position and an integrated eHZ position are different designs. Whether an approved adapter can be used or the cabinet needs replacing depends on its condition, the metering concept and operator requirements.

Does adding new equipment always require a new meter cabinet?
That cannot be decided reliably without assessing the installation. OE checks condition, available space, planned demand and metering. Both an upgrade and replacement are considered against the installation and operator requirements.
